Data / privacy

Your scene stays yours.

The public pages do not read your Blender scene. Their examples are illustrations, not live diagnostics. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and its fonts and illustrations are served locally.

Account information

When account access is enabled, sign-in and recovery information is sent over HTTPS to SYNAE Cloud and Supabase Auth. Supabase manages passwords. The website keeps access and refresh tokens only in page memory, not browser storage. Reloading ends this website session.

Optional AI in Blender

A manual Cloud review sends bounded structured scene information, project intent and your question. It does not automatically upload your .blend file, raw geometry, textures, renders or simulation caches. Review the View AI Context preview before sharing confidential information. Free text can contain details that automated redaction misses.

Service records

Cloud account and usage records include plan information, credits and request metadata. Full scene contexts are not stored by the application by default. Hosting and authentication providers may process operational logs under their own policies.

Product feedback

When you submit feedback, your account is verified by the existing account service. SYNVFX stores your account email, selected product, feedback type, optional version, message and submission time in a separate Cloudflare D1 database. Feedback is private and available only to the authorized SYNVFX reviewer. Authentication tokens are used for verification and are not stored with feedback. Feedback does not subscribe you to marketing.

Feedback is retained for product development until it is no longer needed or you request deletion. For access or deletion requests, contact support@synvfx.com from your account email. Please do not include sensitive project information.

Beta scope

Payments are not enabled. For account support or deletion requests, contact support@synvfx.com. SYNKIT and SYNAE are in Beta; SYNVIS is in production.
